- adult materials, lewd, or obscene nature;
- violations of any copyright or any other right of any third party;
- threatening, abusive, harassing;
- promotion of illegal activities (hacking, cracking, etc);
- information or software containing or about any kind of virus;
- fraudaulent activities, scams, illegal activities, financial scams, banking scams;
- the collection of personal information for illegal purposes;
- content deemed by us at our sole discretion to be harmful to us.

PinoyWebmaster.COM is not responsible for any claimed damages, which may result from our servers going offline, or being unavailable for any reason. This includes damages, which may result from the data corruption, hard drive failure, deletion of data.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us and our employees harmless from any claims, damages, including but not limited to consequential damages resulting from the use of the service which damages the customer or any other party. PinoyWebmaster is not responsible to whatever contents placed by the clients in their websites.

PinoyWebmaster.COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate all accounts
should the main account owner violate these terms and conditions in a
manner deemed by us to be serious. No refunds shall be made to any violators.

Please note:
Should we consider a clients behavior to be rude or offensive to a staff member we reserve right to cancel accounts immediately and without refund.
We reserve the right to terminate your account, and any future business relation with you, for any suitable reason at any time.

Refund policy/moneyback guarantee:
We can issue refunds only to those clients that did not violate any policies we have. domain registration fee, webhosting fees and bank fees will be deducted to the amount paid.
